B O D A T I O U S CLASS RULES

In ALL CLASSES of MUDBOG and SANDDRAG - If there are multiple drivers in the class, the VEHICLE can only place ONCE !!!!!

Infraction of the rules will result is disqualification from the event and possible removal from the facility.

All racers MUST ATTEND the DRIVERS MEETING prior to the event. If you do not attend, you will not be allowed to participate.

All racers MUST stage their vehicle in the specified location for their event. The driver is responsible for notifying the starter if the vehicle is unable to run in the scheduled event.

It will be the discretion of the starter to allow the driver to run the vehicle at another time within the specific class.

MUDBOG CLASSES A , B, C, D

1) - Will be classified on TIRE SIZE only

2) - No nitrous or blowers allowed

3) - If vehicle is equipped with nitrous, there MUST BE A DISCONNECT. Disconnects will be checked at the starting line.

4) - Event will be judged by TIME and DISTANCE.

5) - D.O.T. APPROVED TIRES ONLY

6) - Street type vehicles only.

7) - ALL VEHICLES WILL HAVE TECH INSPECTION.

8) - Vehicles must be 4WD and have all driveline parts working at the start line.

MUDBOD CLASS "X"

1) - Nitrous allowed

2) - Tires are any size D.O.T. approved and can NOT be "cut".

3) - Any engine or drive train modifications allowed.(except blowers)

4) - Must be four-wheel-drive.

5) - MANDATORY that all drivers have FULL FIRE SUIT.

6) - ALL VEHICLES WILL HAVE TECH INSPECTION.

7) - NO RIDERS ARE ALLOWED.

MUDBOG CLASS "XX"

1) - Same as "X" class except ANY tire size or type is allowed. (incl. tractor tires)

2) - Class is open to both 2 and 4 wheel drive vehicles.

3) - Blower equipped engines are allowed.

SANDDRAG CLASSES

MODIFIED STREET

1) - Must have factory appearing body with drivers seat in stock location.

2) - Nitrous is allowed.

3) - NO BLOWERS ALLOWED.

4) - Paddle or Scoop tires allowed.

5) - NO TUBE FRAMES.

6) - Must have floorpan over transmission and driveline.

7) - Vehicles must have firewall between driver and engine.

8) - Drive shaft loops and U-joint protectors required.

9) - Three or Four link suspensions allowed.

10) - Engine must be CARBORATED or have STOCK FUEL INJECTION.

PRO MODIFIED

1) - Vehicles must be Four wheel drive. Front differential may be chain or gear driven.

2) - Tube frames allowed.

3) - Nitrous allowed

4) - No BLOWERS allowed

5) - Three or Four link suspensions allowed.

6) - Driver compartments, frame structure, roll bar and body must be designed to prevent drivers body, or limbs from making contact with wheels, exhaust or track surfaces.

7) - Fire suits are MANDATORY.

8) - Drive shaft loops and U-joint protectors required.

9) - Paddle or scoop tires allowed.


PRO OPEN

1) - Any modifications can be done to the engine or running works.

2) - Tube frames allowed.

3) - BLOWERS, NITROUS and TURBOs allowed

4) - Three or Four link suspensions allowed.

5) - Driver compartments, frame structure, roll bar and body must be designed to prevent drivers body, or limbs from making contact with wheels, exhaust or track surfaces.

6) - FIRE SUITS ARE MANDATORY.

7) - Drive shaft loops and U-joint protectors required.

8) - Any type of tire will be allowed.

9) - Driver must have a firewall between driver and engine.

10)- Vehicles must have floorpan over transmission and drive line.

2 WHEEL DRIVE AUTO TRACK

4 WHEEL DRIVE AUTO TRACK

1) - Vehicle must have at least 6 point roll cage capable of supporting the weight of the vehicle. Real roll cage tubing is mandatory. 3 door bars are required for each passenger.

2) - No GLASS (windshields, windows, dash) is allowed. ALl windows,lights,and plastic must be removed. Stock interior must also be removed, including dash,head liner,trim carpet,and anything else that could catch fire. Rubberized bumper covers,such as those on a Camero, are O.K.

3) - Fuel Cell is Mandatory, with a rollover value installed. Fuel cell must be isolated from the driver with a firewall of some sort. If the fuel cell is exposed, it must be in a metal box. Fuel cells located entirely within a trunk do not need to be in a box. It must also have a minimum of two metal straps holding it in place.

4) - Fire suit is mandatory. Must be top and bottoms or voerall style and in a good condition. Gloves are recommended but not required. Leather shoes or boots must be worn. No sandals,flip-flops,or open toed shoes permitted.

5) - Approved helmet, eye protection, and neck brace are required.

6) - Five point racing harness is mandatory. Cannot be more than 2 years from manufacture date. This will give a window of three years from date of manufacture. Also, it must have the original factory date tag on it or you will not race.

7) - Window nets are requied for driver and each passenger.

8) - A roof covering of some sort or tethers for your arms are required.

9) - A filled and functioning fire extinguisher is required. Must have a gauga, reading good, and be within the drivers reach.

10)- A racing seat is required. No stock seats are allowed. Aluminum seats are preferred but a plastic seat in good condition is accaptable.

11)- Battery must be securely bolted down inside of a plastic, covered battery box.

12)- On-Off switch must be mounted on the left windshield post within the drivers reach. It must kill all power to the car when turned off.

13)- Tires: Any size tire or type of D.O.T approved tire is acceptable. NO MORE TRACTOR OR EQUIPMENT TIRES.Tires can be cut.

14)- Vehicles with modified frames will now be raced in the truck class. ONLYstock car frames will be allowed in the car class.

15)- Tow points are now MANDATORY on each end and side of the vehicle.The front and rear points are to remove your vehicle from the track if needed. The side points are to roll your vehicle back onto its wheels if necessary.

16)- "Push Bars" are allowed as long as they cannot be used to hook another vehicle. They can be as tall as you see fit.

17)- Radiators should be mounted or shielded so that in the event of a rupture, hot water will not contact the driver and/or passenger.

18)- Fluid lines are not to be routed through the drivers compartment without being inside of conduit.

19)-Bumpers

If the bumper extends pass the wheel base it has to tie back into the frame. If it is inside the wheel base it has to be capped off.

20)-Unsafe driving

All drivers are required to drive in a safe manner. Any behavior deemed as unsafe or reckless, in relation to other drivers, track officials, or spectators may result in disqualification from that race.The decisions of track officials are final.Penalty will be decided by HEAD track official.

21)-Passengers

All passengers should have regulation of safety equipment and be familiar with it. Passenger has to be determined at time of registration and sign waiver.

ATV CLASSES

1) - Classes will be set up according to motor size (200cc,250,cc,etc.) and type of stroke (2-stroke, 4-stroke)

2) - Modifications to the exhaust and/or intake are allowed.

3) - Riders MUST wear approved boots, helmets, eye protection, gloves and body protection.

4) - Any tire compound is allowed.

5) - In the event that there are people that wish to race a non-modified ATV, there will be a separate class for the "day-to-day" bikes. This will follow the same rules for payoff, etc. as other classes. (i.e. - minimum 4 vehicles in class, etc.)

6) - "NERF BARS" are required on the bike in order to race.
